Julio García

Senior Project Manager - CLPMSM

In 2006 and 2007, Julio earned three Localization Certifications from 3 different programs:  the California State University, Chico Center for Regional and Continuing Education and Research Foundation, the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), and the Localization Institute.
In 2017, he became certified as a Localization Project Manager by the Localization Institute. He has been an active member of this industry since 2002. From 2003 to 2008, he managed Internet research and statistics for Common Sense Advisory (www.commonsenseadvisory.com), the independent market research company for the localization industry.

When I’m not juggling projects, I enjoy playing the guitar or the ukulele for my daughter Josefina, though she prefers listening to the original songs on YouTube. I also play field hockey: my teammates and I are “post-game party” champions. I like running, bike riding, eating avocados, attending concerts, snowboarding, drinking craft beer, traveling, and I especially love chocolate, in all of its variants. I once tried skydiving and lived to tell the story.
